-[* icon_note] After all the screws have been removed, lift from the side containing power cable and Ethernet port (this side needs to come up first). This may take some force to remove the plastic backing from the main portion of the device.
+[* icon_note] Once all the screws have been removed, pull apart the top plastic cover from the bottom plastic cover. To do this start by lifting the side containing the power cable and Ethernet port. Then lift the opposite side to take completely apart. It may take some force to pull apart the two halves.
