[* black] Pull the plastic side strap connectors (where the speakers are) from the sides of the the headset, until it clicks out. Do the same for both straps

[* black] Gently apply pressure to the hard plastic part at the side of the strap near the speaker. You will need to be firm here but careful not to bend the speaker itself.
