[title] Remove The Top Case
-[* black] Remove 8 Phillips screws from the bottom of the turntable. This releases the plastic top of the turntable. You have to move the tone arm toward the center of the unit in order to remove the plastic case top. Set the case top aside.
-[* black] When pulling up on the plastic top, take special care around the three platter speed control knobs, which are mostly hidden under a plastic cover in the lower right corner of the turntable. When you remove the case top, the three knobs will be rattling around underneath the plastic cover.
