-[* black] Move the hose clamp back over the hose/radiator inlet and turn the clamp bolt clockwise until the hose clamp is snug.

+[* black] Move the hose clamp back over the hose/radiator outlet and turn the clamp bolt clockwise, with a 6 mm socket, 6 mm box end wrench or Phillips #1 screwdriver, until the hose clamp is snug.
