  • Support your iPhone on something sturdy such as a hardcover book so it rests hands-free and parallel to the ground; this makes it easier to work with in the following steps.

  • Use a hair dryer to heat along the bottom edge of the iPhone. The screen should feel slightly too hot to touch.

  • Wait one minute to give the adhesive a chance to release and present an opening gap.

  • Insert an opening pick under the plastic screen bezel when the Anti-Clamp creates a large enough gap.

  • If the Anti-Clamp doesn't create a sufficient gap, apply more heat to the area and rotate the handle a quarter turn.

  • Don't crank more than a quarter turn at a time, and wait one minute between turns. Let the Anti-Clamp and time do the work for you.

  • Skip the next three steps.

Lege dein iPhone auf einen stabilen Gegenstand, z.B. ein Buch mit festem Einband. Es sollte frei und parallel zur Arbeitsfläche liegen, dadurch wird die Arbeit bei nachfolgenden Schritten leichter.

Erwärme die Unterkante des iPhones mit einem Haartrockner. Sie sollte so heiß sein, dass du sie gerade noch anfassen kannst.

Warte eine Minute, damit sich der Kleber lösen und ein Spalt entstehen kann.

Wenn er groß genug ist, setze ein Plektrum in den Spalt unter die Kunststoffblende am Display ein.

Wenn es nicht gelingt, mit der Anti-Clamp einen ausreichend großen Spalt zu erzeugen, dann erwärme die Stelle nochmals und drehe den Griff eine viertel Umdrehung im Uhrzeigersinn weiter.

Drehe den Griff jeweils nicht mehr als eine viertel Umdrehung weiter und warte jedes Mal eine Minute lang. Gib der Anti-Clamp Zeit, ihre Arbeit zu erledigen.
