Assembly 1a.

  • If you haven't already, clean the X Motor, bracket and pulley

  • With M2 hex, loosen the motor pulley set screws and insert the printer spacer under the pulley.

  • With the pulley flange facing down and pinching the pulley spacer firmly, position one set screw to align with the machined flat on the motor pulley shaft and tighten that one first. Then, tighten the second set screw.

  • Install the X Axis Motor / bracket onto the new 2020 frame with the pulley facing up when the linear rail is facing forward. The end stop should be facing to the right.

Si aún no lo has hecho, limpia el motor X, el soporte y la polea.

Con M2 hexagonal, afloja los tornillos de fijación de la polea del motor e inserta el espaciador de la impresora debajo de la polea.

Con la brida de la polea hacia abajo y apretando firmemente el espaciador de la polea, coloca un tornillo de fijación para alinearlo con la parte plana maquinada en el eje de la polea del motor y aprieta ese primero. Luego, aprieta el segundo tornillo de fijación.

Instala el motor/soporte del eje X en el nuevo marco 2020 con la polea hacia arriba cuando el riel lineal esté hacia adelante. El tope final debe mirar hacia la derecha.
