Brush your USB-C port

  • Don't use any metal tools to clean the USB-C port, as you risk damaging it.

  • Insert the head of a brush, like a dry toothbrush, into the port, making sure the hairs surround the middle contact pad (the black tab in the middle of the port).

  • Gently turn the brush in small circles to break up any clumped debris.

  • Remove the brush and use a dust blower or compressed air to blow out any debris.

  • If any debris is stuck, reinsert the brush and rotate it to let the hairs "scoop" out any debris.

  • Plug in your device and check if it's working. If it's still not working, move on to the next step.

Spazzola la tua porta USB-C

Non usare nessuno strumento di metallo per pulire la porta USB-C perché rischi di danneggiarla.

Inserisci la parte superiore dello spazzolino, per esempio uno spazzolino da denti asciutto, all'interno della porta, accertandoti che le setole circondino il contatto centrale (la superficie nera al centro della porta).

Ruota delicatamente lo spazzolino con piccoli movimenti circolari per rompere eventuali grumi di sporcizia.

Rimuovi lo spazzolino e usa un soffiatore o l'aria compressa per far uscire ogni tipo di sporcizia.

Se della sporcizia rimane incastrata, reinserisci lo spazzolino e ruotalo per far sì che le setole facciano scivolare via tutto lo sporco.
