  • Be careful not to damage any of the headphone or battery ribbon cables while performing this step.

  • Insert an iPod opening tool in between the metal case and battery at the location illustrated by the picture.

  • Gently wiggle the tool while pushing it further in between the battery and back case. The adhesive holding the battery should give, allowing the battery to be removed from the rear panel.

Veillez à ne pas endommager la nappe de la prise casque ou celle de la batterie lors de cette étape.

Insérez un outil d'ouverture iPod entre le boîtier métallique et la batterie à l'emplacement illustré par l'image.

Faites pivoter doucement l'outil en le poussant plus loin entre la batterie et le boîtier arrière. L'adhésif qui maintient la batterie devrait céder, ce qui permet de retirer la batterie du panneau arrière.
