I have unplugged the machine, removed the ink carrage and cartriges, does not help.
Any suggestions?

I was told by support on Case# 5014249285 on 5/15/18 that I had to replace my printer when ALL I had to do was to replace an empty cartridge. The issue was I had "non-HP" cartridge and when it was empty the printer displayed "the printer has an issue ..." when it was simply an empty cartridge. A complete misrepresentation that fully undermines any confidence I had in HP support.
