In June 2010, Apple released the GSM version of the iPhone 4 (A1332). This version of the phone supports a wide variety of mobile networks including GSM/EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA, and HSUPA. With the large connection ability, this iPhone claimed to have the best connectivity at the time. This phone’s battery also supports up to 7 hours of talk time (3G) on one charge.
The most common repairs needed for the GSM iPhone 4 are cracked displays and rear panels, and dead batteries. iFixit carries the best iPhone 4 screens, iPhone 4 glass rear panels, and iPhone 4 batteries on the market, along with an entire catalog of other iPhone 4 parts for the less common repairs.

Along with this special screwdriver, all iPhone 4 repairs will require a set of other standard precision electronics tools. All iFixit Fix Kits come with all tools needed to complete the desired repair.
