After Closing the MacBook with a pen still on the keyboard, I found it necessary to replace the LCD screen.

I changed a LCD screen before on a Dell laptop, but, this was far more complicated. It took me by surprise how much disassembly was required. I followed the instructions exactly and the whole process went smoothly. It took me one hour and forty five minutes from start to finish.

I used a seven day pill box (free at local pharmacy) to separate all the screws that were removed in the process. At each step, I placed the screws in a different compartment. It made it easier to find them during reassembly.
