Three red lights! On my 2006 Xbox360 and that exactly 3 days before the MW3 release. :-(

Repair went pretty smooth, thanks to the great guide here at iFixit. Just need to work clean and careful. Love the Spudger (Tool) very, very helpful.

Installed the RRoD Fix Kit but didnt do the reflow. That lastet exactly 5min. Redid the whole thing but this time with the reflow.

I play daily approx. 3-4 hours and no trouble so far.

The reflow is highly recommended before installing the RRoD Fix Kit.
