Do you think you folks will be doing a Teardown for the rev. 2 logicboard? The Xeon’s cooling system looks like it’s permanently sealed shut (non-refillable) and I can’t figure out how to remove the GPS antennae

Do you think it world be possible to pop the piano keys off to clean them underneath? My 1/red button is sticky and wears the batteries out really quickly

Catherine The Cool Mom - Yanıt

Yes, it is possible. Switch the toy OFF. You need a long phillips screwdriver to reach all the 16 screws on the bottom. Disconnect the power wire when you lift the plastic - see photo in Step 4. Then carefully unscrew the little green board (see Step 5, on the right) and you’ll be able to remove and clean the buttons. Placing the buttons back might be a bit tricky. Good luck!

That was actually the reason why I took it apart - my kid was drooling on the piano and half of the keys stopped working :)

Hi would someone be able to help me. The farm house door is not closing, spring came out so I've opened all up got the farm house out and I put everything together but I haven't got a clue where 2 springs are supposed to go.

Do you think it's possible to repair the light? I opened it looking for a Christmas tree light type bulb to replace and found a soldered led light. Not sure how to fix that.

Rachel - Yanıt

Hi Rachel, I think the issue is not the LED. Most likely one of the "paths" on the circuit board (PCB) is corroded and destroyed. This is what happened in my case, because of kiddo constantly drooling on the keyboard a few keys stopped working. But when I took it apart, the keys were actually fine, and when I looked closer I discovered that PCB was corroded and had to solder 2 wires to restore the connectivity where it meant to be. Hope that helps!

I need help. The keyboard on number 1 and 2 get stuck and repeats and saying level 1. When switching to level 2 and 3, it just makes weird noises. Why could this be happening when last night it was working fine. My 10 month old flipped the table and crawled over it.

Diana Arroyo - Yanıt

This is most likely caused by your kid drooling on the table. If you're brave enough to take it apart - cleaning the tiny circuit board might help. I'm talking about the bottom left board from Step 5. Good luck!

Is there any switch for changing language?

Norbert Steiner - Yanıt

Unfortunately there isn't. Level 2 adds some Spanish, but there is no language switch (even hidden)

The toy is lighting up but won't make any sound! Battery's replaced, toy hasn't gotten wet...any ideas?

Samantha Henhaffer - Yanıt

We have one and there is no sound. This happened after storage also someone left the batteries in and they were a bit corroded. Put new batteries in but have no sound. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
