    • Carefully work your way arround

    • The whole Backpanel is held in place by plastic clips around the left, right and front

    • Remove Backpanel beginning at the front and working your way to the back

    • Locate Hinges at the back

    • Use Pliers or Spanner to tighten

    • Righty- Tighty

    • Lefty- Loosy

    • Be careful not to tighten the bolts too strongly - you might later break the Plastic when trying to open the lid.

I just bought this laptop last week and I was thinking of returning it because of loose hinges. Despite of awesome features, this hinge problem is a deal breaker for this model. Thank You for posting this article. This gave me a hope and thus I am keeping the laptop.

Thank You, it was easy to repair. The only Problem is the strengh of These hinges - too strong, too loose….
