"Why isn’t my device turning on?" için yanıtThe most probable cause of this problem is an empty battery. To recharge the battery, push in on the two clips on the underside of the car in the middle of the chassis. Lift the panel up to expose the battery. Then, unplug the battery from the connecting wires and plug it into the Quick Charger and make sure to connect the charger to a wall outlet. The battery will take 1 hour to recharge, and then you can reconnect the battery in the car. The car should now power up. "Why won’t the remote turn on?" için yanıtThe remote control most likely has a dead battery. To replace the battery, slide open the lid at the bottom of the remote control and take out the 9V battery. If you have a voltage meter, test the battery to ensure it is dead. If the tester reads less than 7.5 V, it won’t be able to power the remote. Obtain another 9V battery and follow the voltage testing procedure to make sure it has enough charge to power the controller. If it is fully charged, insert the new 9V battery into the remote control. Note that the positive and negative terminals must be aligned properly. "Why is the car turning by itself?" için yanıtThe alignment dial is most likely out of balance. To fix this issue, locate the alignment dial between the front wheels on the underside of the car. If the dial is not straight, or in line with the car, then adjust the dial accordingly. For example, if the car direction goes left, then adjust the dial to the right side.
