It has happened to me with my iPhone. I found that i had my phone under "sleep mode"…. Not sure where your sleep mode may be at on your phone, but might be worth a try… Hope this helps.

Your phone might be on "sleep" mode… I have an iPhone so I am unsure where you could locate your "sleep mode" …. Hope this helps.
