If your PS4 is freezing and shut down suddenly, (but the white light still turn on) and when you start your ps4 again the error is appear (CE-36329-3) Maybe the problem is the APU or the processor PS4, open your PS4 top housing (right) you will see 2 screw that hold the APU and the heatsink inside, try tighten 2 screw, if it doesn't work, try prop something on it, maybe a couple of coins or ring at the screw. Make sure you're fully tighten the screw.

Turn off lte, Go to settings, Mobile network, select wcdma prefered, search provider, and turn on lte, disable mobile network, and enable again
