Extension and Sony headphone not compatible. Simple terms, extension has 2 line on pin, heads have 3. So when you plug extension to port, you are only getting 2/3 of sound. Buy ext with 3 pins.
Windows 7 and later sometime have this issue. Go to network settings and check security settings for network you are connecting to. Set it home or work or public as appropriate. Then turn off WiFi and router (if home) and turn on.
It could be a few issues. Maybe the drivers recognizing are corrupt and need to be reinstalled. Go to settings, remove drive and restart and reinstall drivers. It could also be that mechanism is faulty. There is usually a very tiny pinhole along the middle of flap or beside button. Use small paper clip and push into hole. Drive will come out enough to pull.
I actually came across this issue a little while ago. You see when the brake is in the depressed mode the light comes on (as it should) but when not pressed it sort of sits on small bit of rubber the size of a pea. Look at the pedal arm itself - about 4 or 5 inces up the arm you will see a small hole where a rubber used to be (if light stays on means it has fallen off). I actually did not bother to find the correct part but you can stick any plastic or rubber that stops the pedal arm from touching the metal bit where is sit when not pressed. Hope this helps.
