My phone have giving me lots of problems. Firstly, the app that control the media stop working which leads to many other things stopped working as while. Like gallery, camera,screen shoot,download. I tired factory restore but it still doesn't work

Yesterday my phone having trouble to switch in the phone. It keep going black screen after the mi. When it can use my phone end up can’t listen to song,and no sound. Even my sim card can't even load.
