There could be a few issues: 1. Check your window switch in different positions if your window is rolling up or down slowly or has intermittent stops replace the switch 2. Check the window track it may need to be greased or have something in it blocking your window. 3. After those two check your window regulator and your window motor if either one has not enough power it will keep the window from rolling up.
