We went to Reston store around Aug 17th in Northern Virginia and though the quality program is for 13”, they fixed our 15” screen. In addition, they replaced our keyboard and fingerprint scanner. It was a relief as I had taken it multiple stores and all of them had refused. If you are traveling, take your Macbook with you and try Apple stores in every city. Raleigh, Durham would not fix it but Reston, VA did it. Hope this helps.

If enough people tell apple about the issue, apple may start a, what they call, “Quality Program”; just like they did for the keyboard issue after 8-9 months. I went to two different stores and got the same answer, viz., provide ++https://www.apple.com/feedback.++ AJ
