hi , if no liquid spillage , reset the power on the computer by unplugging the AC and hold the power button for 10 sec. if still the same . it could be liquid spillage , try external keyboard and if it works fine then replace the keyboard . if when you use the external keyboard it types wrongly again replace the keyboard and the internal keyboard interferes with input . let me know the outcome all the best

Devamını okuhi , i would follow these steps to get to the fix : (this advise on condition of no liquid spillage or physical damged ) (1) plug external monitor , use the hotkey to display the screen on both the international and external monitor and see , if still black . go step 2 . (2) replace the screen , note: we have seen issues with the motherboard for this laptop , i would speak to lenovo as they might replace it under warranty if it is motherboard . (3) all the best

Devamını okuHi , from the info supplied ! if the computer was 100% working before changing the hard disk , then check the display cabe behind the screen if it is plugged proper or damaged , as it is bit short and u need to take care on opening and closing if that all ok , then see the graphic card please let me know why did u change the hard disk ! all the best
