Hello Christopher 1-Open the top tray from the back and the bottom tray from the bottom . look at the machine warnings and remove the jammed papers from both trays. Usually a graphic icon appears on the display to guide you.follow it. read the manual of the device for more help as well. 2-I have a similar model of this printer, but a more advanced one. The mechanism of the two seems to be similar. I had the same problem. In the sub printer section where the paper is lifted from the bottom tray, there is a small tab system that is usually dirty and greasy. Wash it with a suitable solution and be careful not to touch any other part by hand .Normal alcohol is sufficient for washing with cotton. Do nothing to damage the system(important). Also this set is very sensitive to dust and you need to get a cover and put it on the machine. You may need to repeat this operation almost every9 months. Especially if you don’t use the printer for a while. 3-If you haven't used the printer for a long time, always remove the...
1-A multimeter or voltmeter is usually used to test the charger's health. It is not difficult to work with and you can buy a good model of it . 2-If the battery is not used for a long time and does not recharge, this can lead to such a problem. The right way to start is to check the charger first. If you haven't used the battery for a long time (this time may vary by type and quality and can range from four months to a year and a half or more), the battery may be damaged. Sometimes, using higher amps chargers(not voltage) than the original charger can cause a shock to the battery and return it to its normal cycle( not always). First make sure that the charger is not damaged then check the battery. Batteries like this are designed specifically for a device and are not conventional batteries (such as AA type) ,so should be tested with their device or with similar devices because the purpose is to charge them with their charger in the related devices. 3-In case you want to keep the battery unused for a long...
Hello Alfred A Merry Christmas to you! 1-Are the Christmas lights resistant to moisture? Of course, the heat of the LED is not high, but moisture can enter various parts. Since all lamps are similar, this is a reaction to the environment and moisture, so it is better to replace the set with a waterproof and insulated circuit. 2-Make sure the power supply circuit delivers the correct voltage and amperage to the circuit and no more, especially if you bought the power circuit separately . 3-Each LED has an internal resistance that reduces the current(V=IR). Replacing a string of lights with the other models probably is not a problem, but replacing two strings of lights with other models may leave too much current in the circuit due to the difference in internal resistance that will burn the rest of the LEDs.( upper limit for LED's is 20mA ) 4-Adding a string more than the initial number to the group can reduce the current and be useful. I hope you also consider other environmental conditions.
Try starting it up in “Safe mode” and see if it will load then. If yes, then there is something on the laptop(virus, malware, etc.) 1-Then try to restore it to an earlier situation using restore point option. 2- Or go to the Driver & Tools on the related ASUS web page : www.asus.com-Laptops-X540SA-HelpDesk_Download download all the related drivers again and save them in a stick memory. Try to install them in safe mode if it is possible. But before that try to use the attached keyboard and boot in safe mode (following text). I hope it helps:) ——————————— Boot in safe mode(Wondows 10) A-Turn off the device. Attached the external USB keyboard again. B-Click Windows-button → On/Off. As the manual of the device shows, there are three ways to connect the device to the TV. 1-AV cable(Yellow white Red) 2-Component cable(Green Blue Red)/ for the Progressive scan 3-S-Video/for the Progressive scan . A-Turn off the device and the TV. B-Use the AV cable to connect them. C-Turn on the DVD Player and your TV D-Select the VIDEO INPUT on your TV: The goal is to see the DVD player's splash screen on your TV. To do this, select the Video Input channel on your TV that corresponds with the input the player is plugged into.(AV mode) This procedure differs among TVs, but is normally done by pressing the VIDEO IN or INPUT button on the TV's remote control to select the Video Input. E-Check other TV’s if step D does not work. It is not so difficult to do.Just look at the rear panel carefully. This unit equipped with AV outputs ,try to use them(Video and Audio ports:R and L). Component outputs give you much better video quality but I think that you need to use audio outputs yet. Try them in the second...

Hi Richard Whiting 1-If you are able to connect it to the Internet do it and install a trial version of a decent Internet security program such as '“Kaspersky Internet Security” its free version is available I guess . Update it and run the “Full scan” or use online scan services. If there is a copy of other similar programs on the laptop please uninstall them before new installing. Do the step 1 before any other action and write the result of it please . 1-b: Press and hold "Shift" key simultaneous with doing right click to choose "Delete" from the menu ( you will see a red cross with the message which means this action removes the file(s) for ever without moving them to the Recycle Bin)then press "Enter" key to delete the file(s) permanently. This has no need to any free space. 2-Recovering to an earlier situation (restore point) if step 1 doesn't work. 3- Because your laptop comes with Just 2 GB RAM so keep the partition “C” up to 70% free and try not to install several programs on it.Try to keep files...
