Depending on the model, which you didn't provide there could be five possible problems: (1) Main board (2) Defrost time (3) Defrost sensor (4) Defrost element (5) Fridge needs to be pulled out and coils vacuumed and cleaned When I had the problem, it was ther defrost element. If everything else is working, I doubt it's the main board.
Devamını okuYour Ethernet port appears to be part of an I/O card assembly. If you’re really good with tools, and understand what ESD is and how to avoid it, you may be able to handle this. The service manual for your laptop is here. Before doing this, you might want to check out the following, just to be sure… Have you checked to make sure the cable is good? A bad CAT-5 cable will cause lack of connectivity also. And unless you’ve done a LOT of plugging and unplugging of the cable, or dropped the laptop with it hanging by the cable, that port may not be your problem. When you plug a cable in, do you get any lights at all on the port? Are you sure the driver hasn’t been corrupted and needs to be re-installed? The connector on the motherboard (circled in the pic above) might also be the problem, and it’s really impossible to tell until you dig into it. Good luck!
Devamını okuCouple things to consider: (1) Is your monitor turned on? (2) Is your monitor on the correct input? Not all monitors automatically select an incoming signal. (3) Are you using integrated video, or an add-on video card? Some motherboards require a first boot to be with the integrated video first to select a default video source in the BIOS. (4) Is the CPU properly seated in its socket? (5) If you didn't take proper precautions when installing the CPU, static might have damaged it. (6) Check the CPU for damaged or bent pins. (7) You could have damaged the CPU when installing the heatsink/fan assembly. (8) Could be a defective motherboard or CPU. (9) Are all the proper power supply connectors plugged into the right places on the motherboard? Any of the above, in most motherboards, can give you a blank screen at power on. As @jayeff said, having the speaker to at least get audible post codes would certainly help.
Devamını okuIt could be the power supply as previously suggested; it could also be the backlight circuit as well. If the LED backlight driver circuit is weak and failing, this circuit is most likely your culprit. Bad capacitors could be at fault in either circuit. If you’re inclined to do so, take the back of the TV off and look at the boards; check for capacitors that have domed or swollen tops, and might be leaking. If you post pictures of what you see, that MIGHT help others help you as well.

Devamını okuThe brake stops the tractor from moving, so the hydro-static drive isn’t spinning; which is why it’s silent. You didn’t list a model, so I can’t look up the owner/maintenance manual for it. I’ve had and seen many drives of this type make noise, and depending on the age and use, it’s probably from normal wear and tear on a well used piece of equipment. I have seen a couple Husqvarna models make this noise from the factory, my dad’s did, and he used it for almost ten years every day. Some noise is normal; your engine is basically driving a hydraulic pump, from a belt which goes from it’s crankshaft pulley, which in turn, drives the hydro-static drive axle. Don’t confuse this with the actual PTO that drives your mower deck blades which is either electronic or manual. That pump is moving fluid to cause the mower to move forward at multiple speeds, or reverse. Older mowers used an expanding v-pulley to change the forward speed ratio. The hydro-static drives vary the amount of fluid being pumped to achieve the...

Devamını okuGenerally speaking, with any liquid spill on a laptop, I’ll remove the battery immediately. Next, I disassemble the unit to see were the liquid made it to, and rinse those parts with alcohol, and let it dry thoroughly before reassembly and testing. If it was powered on when the spill happened, you may well be out of luck and need a new laptop, depending on the damage, as a repair could be more than a new one (depending on age, parts availability, etc…). It largely depends on what the water (since it will conduct electricity) covered inside, and possibly shorted out. It also depends on the mineral content of the water as to how conductive it is - tap water is usually much worse than some bottled waters. If there was water that hadn’t dried yet when you attempted to turn it on, that may have made matters worse - again, dependent on where the water was. Spillage into a laptop is never a good thing. Laptops can be notoriously difficult to get apart, so you might see some very minor scaring along the edges of...

Mine is doing the same thing…
I have one of these, and it no longer projects an image. I have 12.1vdc at the motherboard where the positive and negative wire are soldered in.
After de-soldering the wires, I used my bench supply to put 12vdc to the wires, still nothing. If I apply power directly to the COB, the COB will illuminate. What is the silver component held to the heat sink? Mine is labeled ‘Kavass BW-80B 250V 5A’. I have not been able to find ANY documentation for that item to be able to determine what it is, does, or what a suitable replacement might be.
