"Laptop battery disables any charger that is plugged in, won't charge." için yanıtDell puts a small ‘third wire’ in their charging systems. It’s not exactly a ground, and not exactly a data wire. It is a simple little pin that tells the computer the charger is legit. The problem is that many Dell charging female ends are poorly constructed. When I was working on laptops, that was the number one thing I had to replace in Dell’s. If that third wire comes even the slightest bit loose, then you have to open the casing and replace the entire female charging port. Some are easier than others. The second most common issue I found is that the chip in the battery is fried. Again, Dell puts a little ID chip in their battery packs. If it gets fried, then the battery pack will need to be replaced. I’ve only seen this happen a small handful of times. The third thing I can think of, and least likely, is a bios or board issue. I know this is a possibility, but it is very unlikely.
