Hi, Something similar happened to me with a Canon. In some cases, the lens has just jumped out of its guide hence the “crooked” position. In those cases where there hasn’t been any more damage to the lens, it is possible to click it back into position, that has actually saved my Canon lens. The video I found is available here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_4K1Ge5C... I hope it will help others! Good luck, stay brave SteveMax
If you r lesn has fallen and as a result is stuck, I have found on YT a totrial that can help. It has worked for me and saved me quite an expensive repair. I ahve copied teh title and link to the video below, good luck: HOW TO Repair A DSLR Camera Lens That Is Crooked And Jammed After Being Dropped #DIY #Repair https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_4K1Ge5C...-I0BhXRDI1l8fTZTKJS-ymHxwp06hu
It could be that the lens threads are out of position with a slightly bent lens. This has helped me getting it fixed, maybe that also helps others https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_4K1Ge5C...
