Press the "Windows Key" + "R" at the same time, once the run pop up appears, type "explorer.exe" does anything change? Alternatively, press "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "Esc" to start task manager, find "windows explorer" under tasks and restart it, If you do not see "Windows explorer" click on "Run new task" and type in "Windows explorer" Its not impossible for this to be a display driver issue as well but we can explore further into that if the above does not change anything.  V/R   Lucas edit, deleted and reposted answer using my preferred account

Good afternoon, It appears that the A12 is capable of 15W charging as well as sporting a 5000mAh battery, while not slow by any means this combination is not the fastest at its best. I would first ensure that you are using the stock charger, if you are using an aftermarket charger look on the documentation or the model info printed onto the block itself. If it does not read 15W I would suggest replacing it. If you ARE using the the stock charger and said charger is not malfunctioning / or degragated I would then look into the phone itself. Start by reading up on this comment thread posted a while back ago, as you might want to try to clean out the port If cleaning the port is not sufficient you might want to look into 1) replacing the port *i.e sub board or 2) replacing battery I hope I was able to give some assistance. Dependant on the operating system there are a few ways to diagnose this issue. I'd like you first to start by removing the flash drive and then press the "windows" key on your keyboard and type In disk management Once this page is loaded, keep track of how many disks are listed (starting with disk 0) With the page loaded plug back in the flash drive, do you see any new disks listed? If so what do you see? If these disks previously had no data on them(or data you aren't afraid to lose) and the newly added disk states "waiting Inialization" go ahead and initialize it, you should then be able to use that flash drive like new. Good afternoon Rahul, It is not uncommon for devices to appear powered off while being in a semi booted stage. It appears this device allows you to force shut off by holding down the power button (unlock button to some) for 8 - 14 seconds, if you are not seeing any image/display wait until the device vibrates. Once you have held the power button down to ensure the device is powered off, attempt plugging the phone back in. It looks like you Unfortunately neglected to disconnect the battery, very possible you shorted the display ic (forgetting the proper name for the part) I'm my experience you can purchase a new motherboard from aliexpress as a board repair of that caliber would likely cost more than a replacement. Always ensure to unplug the battery on repairs as well as plugging it in last when possible.
