I’m proud to say, I grew up all over the Southeast—the place where people are polite, the food soothes the soul, and nothing goes to waste. And as one of four girls, everything I owned (from clothes to cars) was used to it’s fullest. Needless to say, iFixit’s mission—to spread repair knowledge—rings true in my life.
While I am deeply passionate about all types of performing arts, my professional background is primarily in Speech and Debate. As a college student, I was the youngest forensics team member and captain by my sophomore year. With a lot of hard work, I became the top public speaker in the state of Florida and earned four national metals in public speaking.
I’m currently the newest host and writer for the iFixit YouTube channel, and I hope to bring new life to the world of repair. I believe that repair can be as popularized as other mainstream sustainability options like thrift shops and hybrid cars. We just have to take the fear out of repair.
When I’m not invading your YouTube feed with teardown news, iFixit announcements, and Batman costumes, I’m out hiking, cross-stitching, skydiving, reading, and watching Oscar nominated films and Florida State football.

"Trying to remove the back on a Dakota Fob watch" için yanıtIs it a screw back or a snap back? Screw back should have at least two small notches on the back. You can use a small flathead, spudger, or a case wrench to open it. Insert it in the slots at the same time and turn counter clockwise. Snap back can be opened with any of the same tools inserted in the notch between the watch and the back case. Give it a little lift and it should pop right off. This link goes into more detail about the battery replacement. http://www.ehow.com/how_6466795_replace-watch-battery-dakota.html Hope this helps! ~GG
