RealPad Won't Charge
The battery charge won’t hold a charge for a long time or won’t hold a charge at all. The tablet will not charge even if it’s plugged in. The tablet will not work even if it’s plugged in.
If your tablet won’t charge, check to see if the cable is fully plugged into the tablet. Also, make sure that the cable is fully plugged into the wall. Try a different outlet for your device because the outlet may be damaged or the fuse may have blown. The charging cable you are using may be defective, try using it on another device. If you don’t have another device try purchasing a new cable.
Operating System is Outdated
Your tablet software may be out of date, to make sure it isn't follow these instructions:
- Connect to wifi
- Go to"Settings"
- Go to "General"
- Go to "About device"
- Go to"Software update"
- Tap "Check for updates"
- If there is an update available then "Update" will pop up
- Tap "Install"
If your tablet will not hold a charge or won’t fully charge, then it is most likely due to a faulty battery. Follow this guide to help you replace the battery.
Faulty Charging Port
If none of the options above worked it is most likely because your charging port is damaged. Follow this [http://|guide] to replace it.
Tablet has no audio
The tablet doesn’t play any sort of audio
Tablet is on mute
Make sure your tablet is not on mute.To make sure the tablet is not on mute you want to got to settings and then audio, to turn up volume. Or you can edit volume by using buttons on the right side of the device.
Tablet needs to Restart
Restarting the tablet may solve the audio problem, you can do so by holding down the power button and selecting restart.

The Real Tab screen is not working
The device’s screen is hard to see clearly or it is unresponsive
You may have a hard time viewing the screen because the brightness level is too low. In this case you must go into the device settings application, find the brightness level setting, and increase the brightness.
The screen may be frozen or is unresponsive to touch. In this case you will need to do a hard restart. This will reboot the device and hopefully fix the problem. To hard restart, hold down the volume button and the home button until device shuts off. Power device back on after five minutes and check the screen

Won't Connect to Internet
Your Wifi Shows "Excellent"yet you cannot access the internet, or it won't connect due to authenticating Problems.
If your tablet won't connect to the internet, you have a faulty connection. To fix this you can:
- Restart your tablet.
- Update your firmware and any apps.To figure out how to update your firmware go here.
- Check the time and date on tablet, to make sure it is correct.
- If none of the former work, then you want to Hard Reset your device. To hard reset your device hold down the volume button and the home button until device shuts off.
If your tablet is connected to the wifi, but there is no internet then you have a faulty signal. To quickly fix this you want to manually change your network from 3G to 2G. To do this:
- First go to Settings in your device.
- Then go to More Networks in the Connection settings.
- Once there go to Mobile Networks, then find the Network Mode.
- After that change the Network from 3G to 2G.

Faulty Wifi Module
