Unresponsive screen
The screen won't respond to touch.
Dirty Screen
If the screen is unresponsive to touch it may be because of streaks of residue or dirt left on the screen from previous use. Wipe down the screen using a microfiber cloth or disinfectant wipe.
Damaged resistive layers
Resistive touchscreens detect touch by detecting the point where the upper and lower layers make contact. When you touch the screen, the upper layer applies pressure on the lower layer to determine the location of the touch. If one of the layers is damaged or broken, it can result in a delayed or unresponsive touch. It is recommended to take your device to your carrier or the nearest phone/tablet repair shop for repair.

Faulty charger and port
Ensure that the charger is plugged in properly to a stable outlet. Also, check the port to see if there is any dust or debris, and if there is any, use compressed air to remove the built-up debris. If the tablet shows no signs of charge, then consider buying a new charger.

Distorted Speaker Audio
The speakers aren’t working properly, sending distorted audio, or dead completely.
Clogged Speaker Ports
Speaker ports can easily get dirty. Start by making sure the volume is all the way up on both the device setting, and any internal software settings as well. If this fails to produce proper sound, you should check to make sure the device is not connected to any external speaker systems such via Bluetooth™ or the audio jack. Be sure to clean out any gunk in our speaker ports with small tweezers or a scraping tool, be sure to be very careful not to damage anything
Internal Driver Failure
All devices use some kind of drives based on their Operating System (OS - the software that the entire device runs on). If the OS is not up to date, then there is a chance that the audio driver is malfunctioning. Let the device fully update and restart to guarantee this isn’t the issue.
Destroyed or Broken Speakers
If both of the above methods fail, there is a component or wiring issue. This can be solved here. This guide will show you how to check the wiring and possibly replace the speakers if they are damaged.
