Wireless Internet not Working Correctly
You’re having trouble connecting to the internet and/or you’ve noticed the speed of your device has gone down considerably
Network Reset
Go to Settings->Network and Internet->Status->Network Reset-> and click “Reset Now” doing this will restart your PC and revert all networking components and settings to their original factory state, hopefully restoring your internet connection.
Faulty/Damaged Network Card
Follow this guide on how to replace your Network Card within your computer.
Faulty Network Driver
Press the Windows Logo Key + X at the same time->Click on “Device Manager”->Double Click/Expand “Network Adapters”->Right Click on your Wireless Network Adapter->Click on “Update Adapter”->Click on “Search Automatically for Updated Driver Software”. If the search comes up with a driver install it and restarts your computer, if the driver installs and your internet connection is still not working properly, something else is preventing it from doing so. If the search came up with nothing, something else is causing your internet connection to not work properly.
Left USB Ports not Working
UBS ports not charging or recognizing devices plugged in.
Poor Connection/Visibly Dirty USB Ports
When debris lint or other materials get inside of your USB port, you may experience connectivity problems as well as issues receiving the correct amount of charge through the USB port. ''If the affected USB port seems to be clean, you may be dealing with hardware issues between the motherboard and the USB or just a defective USB port in general.
USB Ports are Seized

The Screen has a Yellow Tint
The screen appears to have a slight yellow tint
Night Mode is On
Turn off night mode Go to the general settings of the device, then hit display settings and find the title night light/ night mode and switch it off.
Damaged LCD
If night mode is off and this problem still occurs, you may have a broken LCD Display. To fix this, use a pry tool to take off the plastic basil. Unplug the ribbon power cable and unfasten screws securing display panel. Replace with new LCD and replace screws and power cable. Use firm force to push bezels back into clips on monitor mount.
Speaker’s are not Working Properly
Speakers sound crackly or pop, or do not work at all
Computer may be Muted
Go to settings, find the sound section and see this the speaker icon has an X on it if it does tape it to shut off the mute.
Speaker Hardware Malfunction
To replace the speakers, remove the screws on the back, then remove the back cover. Unplug the power connector going to the speaker. Then, unscrew the screws holding the speaker into place. Remove hardware and replace it. Plug power back in and re-install screws for speaker mount and back-plate mount.
Faulty Drivers
Search->device manager->Sounds->drivers->uninstall->insert disk drive and follow on-screen instructions
Overheating Device (Device Seems too Hot)
The device gets overly hot for the size of the load
Excessive Dust in Cooling Ports
Inspect cooling ports for dust or debris. If this seems to be the case, overheating may occur. This can easily be fixed with a can of pressurized air. DO NOT use a vacuum, as you could damage your laptop. Check thermals before and after to see if the change is significant
Damaged/Worn Cooling Fans
If there is little to no debris or a fan is noticeably not spinning, there is a possibility your device has a broken or worn fan. ''To replace the fan, remove the screws on the back to remove the back case. Unplug the power on the fan for whatever fan seems to be faulty. Remove screws fastening fan down. Replace with a new fan. Make sure to use thermal paste if not pre-applied. Plug the fan back in and replace the screws for the fan and the back-plate
Computer will not Charge
When the device is plugged into the wall with power cable, the device fails to charge or receive power (make sure chord works, maybe by using an identical laptop to check)
The Cord is Faulty
The charging cord for the computer does not work.
The cord may have a faulty wire
Buy a new cord
The AC Adapter is Faulty
The AC adapter for the computer is junk.
The AC adapter needs to be replaced.
Buy a new AC adapter, then remove the old AC adapter, and then replace it with the new adapter.
