CAT S62 Screen Not Responding to Inputs

If your CAT S62 screen is not responding to touch or button inputs, follow this page for possible solutions.

Screen protectors or even the phone's case could be interfering with its function. Remove any of these accessories before continuing.

1. Turn off the phone and unplug it from any power sources.
2. Take off any protective case or covers.
3. Use a dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the screen in a circular motion to remove dust and fingerprints.
4. If needed, lightly dampen a small section of the microfiber cloth with a small amount of distilled water or 70% isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe the screen with the dampened part of the cloth.
5. Allow the phone to air dry to ensure it's completely dry before using it again.

1. Press and hold the power button until the screen turns black.
2. Release the button and then press it again to turn the phone back on.

1. Press and hold the power button and volume down button simultaneously.
2. Continue holding them for about 10-15 seconds, or until you feel a vibration and the phone's logo appears.
3. Release the buttons after the logo appears.
