It could be possible that the motherboard is damaged. This could be due to dropping the device, exposure to liquid, or severe temperatures. To replace this, you'll have to follow a {Motherboard Replacement Guide}.

You may need to update the software on the device. Outdated software typically will make the device run slow, lag, or will result in a frozen screen.

To update the software on the device, follow these steps:

• Step 1: On the tablet, navigate to the Settings app.
• Step 2: Scroll to the System tab then click on it.
• Step 3: Click on Advanced, this will open up more options allowing you to click on System Update.
