DJI Mavic Air 2 Troubleshooting

The drone will not respond or show any sign of powering up

Your drone may not have any power. This is due to the battery being dead. To correct this issue, plug your charging cable you received with your drone into the drone itself to charge it. Please allow time for the drone’s battery to charge.

If the drone does not turn on after charging, the battery may be broken. If this is the case, follow the replacement guide.

If the first two solutions did not work, it may be an issue with the internal wiring or the motherboard. you can view our replacement guide on the motherboard for additional details.

The drone is not connecting to your divide of choice 

There may be an issue with the wiring in your connecting cable. If this is the case, you will need a replacement wire, which you can reach out to DJI for assistance or purchase a new cable at the link: ++https://store.dji.com/product/mavic-ai... 

A possible issue could be a problem with the DJI Fly app. Check to see if there are any recent updates for the app by going into your device's app store, finding the app, and then checking the version history and comparing it to the most recent version. If there are no updates, or this does not solve the issue, try to reinstall the app by deleting it and then download it again through your device's app store .

The drone is not recognizing the controller

Your controller may not have any battery life. Plug in the controller with the provided cable to recharge the controller.

Similar to the above, check to see if there are any recent updates for the app by going into your device's app store, finding the app, and then checking the version history and comparing it to the most recent version. If there are no updates, or this does not solve the issue, try to reinstall the app by deleting it and then download again through your device's app store .

If there are no physical signs of damage or the above didn’t work, there may be an internal issue with your controller. To fix this, disassemble the controller and replace it with a new one.

The controller is making a constant beeping sound

There may be an issue with the DJI Fly app. Check to see if there are any recent updates for the app by going into your device's app store, finding the app, and then checking the version history and comparing it to the most recent version. If there are no updates, or this does not solve the issue, try to reinstall the app by deleting it and then downloading it through your device's app store .

The beeping may occur from the sticks not being centered. To solve this, move the sticks around repeatedly on your controller to see if the beeping ceases.

If there are no physical signs of damage or the above didn’t work, there may be an internal issue with your controller. The motherboard may need to be replaced.
