Are action buttons (A, B, X, Y) of your Flydigi Direwolf 2 sticking in the pressed positions or are unresponsive to any inputs? Use this troubleshooting guide to help diagnose why.
Dirty Buttons
Dust or other blockages on the action buttons can cause them to stick in the down position after being pressed.
- To fix the buttons, start by opening the shell [Replacement Guide]. Locate the action buttons (A, B, X, Y), and remove them from the shell.
- Clean the buttons by placing them in warm soapy water. Let the buttons dry then place them back in the designated spot on the controller shell.
Overuse
Overuse of the action buttons can cause them to wear out and result in unresponsiveness.
To fix the action buttons, follow the step-by-step guide on replacing the buttons [Replacement Guide].
Controller Not Properly Connected
If the controller is not plugged in properly or the connector is damaged the buttons may appear unresponsive.
First, check that the controller is properly plugged in. This will be indicated by the small light in the bottom middle of the front side of the controller. If this light is on try using the buttons again. If the light is off it might be time to replace the connector cable.
