Lens is dirty
Clean the camera lens with a scratch resistant cloth. Additionally, an isopropyl alcohol can be used. Allow lens to air dry before use.
Software issues
Make sure the software is up to date. Also check to make sure resolution settings are set to an optimal resolution, such as 1080p.
Physical lens damage
Inspect which part of the lens took physical damage, such as the glass or barrel. Replacement parts can be purchased from 3rd party vendors such as eBay. Disassemble the dash cam by removing the front bezel, then removing the lens module. If necessary, replace the ribbon cable. Install the new lens and reassemble the dashcam.
