Battery loses charge quickly
The battery does not stay charged for long periods of time.
Try replacing the old battery with a new battery using this guide.
Adjust light setting
Dimming the display backlight can help save battery life. Unplug when fully charged. Do not charge all night long. Once the battery is fully charged, unplug the device. This can extend your battery's life.
Cracked Back Panel
The back panel has a crack on the device.
Replace with a new one using this guide. Do not allow the crack to spread. It can cause internal damage if any type of liquid gets inside the device.
No wireless connection
Laptop has no wireless connection.
The wireless card is not connecting to wireless. Make sure you check your Wi-Fi connection. If you do not see the Wi-Fi icon, try re-powering your device. If your status is not connected, select your wireless network SSID and click connect.
Check wireless adapter
Select your wireless network adapter from the Network Connections Control Panel and check to see if its status is enabled. If not, right-click to enable the connection. Verify that your device is not in airplane mode.
If a signal does pop up and there is still no connection, contact your wireless provider.
