Microsoft LXM-00001 Does Not Power On

If the Microsoft LXM-0001's power cable is plugged into the computer but the keyboard does not function properly, follow these instructions to restore proper key function.

If debris or dirt gets trapped inside the metal section of the cable connector, the connection may be disrupted. To fix this issue, clean dirt from the plug using a compressed air duster or Q-Tip.

If the cable is damaged, the cable connector could become faulty. To fix this issue, the cable connector must be replaced.

If the cable is not compatible with your device, the keyboard will not be able to function correctly. In order to fix this issue, the user must switch out the device being paired with this keyboard to one with suitable compatibility.
