Motorola i265 Troubleshooting
- Cell Phone will not turn on
- Cell Phone has distorted or no audio
- Phone Turns on, but LCD screen stays black
- Phone keypad is broken or unresponsive
- Your phone is blocked by a SIM PIN
- Phone software is out of date
- Your phone suddenly stops responding to anything
Your Cell phone fails to turn on after pressing the power button.
Check that the battery is correctly installed in the casing, with nothing blocking the connection between the battery and the phone.

Check that the charger is correctly plugged into the cell phone, if possible attempt to use another charger that will function with your phone.
Replace the battery. If this does not fix the problem, you may need to replace the logic board, as a connection in the phone is likely damaged.
Your Cell phone sound quality is lacking, or completely nonexistent.
The phones speaker is connected with metal contacts. Check the connection between the logic board and the speakers to be sure it is properly connected.

In order to fix a damaged speaker, you will need to replace it.
