P510 won't turn on
You press the 'on/off' button but the 'on/off' button remains unlit, the LCD screen doesn't display anything, and you can't take pictures
Bad Motherboard

P510 has been dropped and damaged
You have dropped your camera and now there is a crack in the lens, can't see anything when looking through the camera, or the camera outside has been cracked
Can't see through the lens to take pictures

dropped and now is not charging or not switching on

Nikon coolpix 520 - working perfectly well but now is not charging and it does not switch on. probably due to slight drop.

Nikon Coolpix 520 - not charging and will not turn on. Not able to update firmware due can't turn on. How do I jump start this unit to fix software. Issue is not at all helpful.

My Coolpix P510 switches on, but after about few seconds switches off again without any warning. Batteries are new (Lithium). Can any one please advise what is wrong with it?
