PSKONTORORA LBER-P4-05 Troubleshooting
This troubleshooting page will help you figure out what is going on with your PSKONTORORA LBER-P4-05 and will help you take the necessary steps to alleviate the problem.
Sticky Buttons
Buttons won't go down when pressed or will come back up slowly when pressed down.
Debris In/Around Buttons
Use a damp cloth/cotton swab to clean in and around the area and crevices of the buttons.
Joystick Drift
The joystick will slowly start to move around causing unwanted movements.
Hardware Problem
Over time the components of a joystick will start to deteriorate. Use a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol to clean around the joystick and on the joystick.
Rumble motors not functioning
The controller does not rumble when playing games that utilize the function.
Possible Glitch
The controller may just be experiencing a minor glitch. All you have to push the small button on the back of the controller. Use a small pin to push it in a tiny hole.
Internal Damage
If you believe you've dropped your controller too many times or may have gotten a little too mad while playing and now the rumbling has ceased, it's safe to assume internal damage may have occurred to the wires that connect the rumblers to the motherboard. Battery Won't Hold a Charge
Controller will either not charge when plugged in or will quickly run out of battery.
Over/Under Charging
When charging the controller make sure not to leave it plugged in for too long, or make sure that you aren't unplugging it too soon.
Dirty Charge Port
Use a cloth/cotton swab to clean out the charging port and make sure there isn't dust or debris in it.
Touch pad not responding
The controller's central touch pad does not respond to any input.
The Button May Not Be Compatible
There may not be any actual problems with the controller if the game you're playing simply does not utilize the central button in gameplay. However, if you're playing a game that does use it and it still does not respond, the problem may lie deeper. Keep reading to see what you can do.
Restart The Controller/Console
There may be a glitch with the controller, restarting the console or controller itself is a viable option and can resolve some issues quickly. If the problem persists, something may be wrong with the internals, continue reading.
Hardware Damage
If you did everything else, or you did physical damage to it then it stopped working then you probably have some hardware damage. Open the controller. Inspect to see if there are anything loose connections or damage to the ribbon cable. If everything damage is present, repair/replacement is required.
