Air Fryer Will Not Heat Up
When button is pressed, Air Fryer does not heat up
Not plugged in
The Air Fryer uses a power cord to supply power to the machine, ensure that this cord is plugged in to a working electrical socket. Then try turning the Air Fryer on again.
The drawer does not close completely
The Air Fryer has a built-in pan detection system that tells the Air Fryer when to begin. Ensure that this drawer is completely secured, otherwise the Air Fryer will not work properly.
Faulty heating coil
The Air Fryer uses a heating coil to heat the inside of the Air Fryer. It’s possible that the heating coil is damaged or defective. You may need to replace the heating coil.
Air Fryer Continues to Beep
Air Fryer continues to beep without stopping
Needs to be shaken
The Air Fryer is equipped with a timer and an alarm to let the user know when to shake the food for proper air frying to occur. Remove the tray, shake the contents, and re-insert the tray.
Tray is broken

Air Fryer Touch Screen Unresponsive
Air Fryer screen does not respond to touch
Touch screen is dirty
The Air Fryer touch screen may be too dirty to respond to your touch. Ensure that the touch screen and your hands are clean before touching the screen again.
Touch screen is broken
If the touch screen is broken and does not respond to touch after being cleaned, consult our replacement guide for the touch screen motherboard.
Air Fryer Makes Rattling Sound When Turned On
When turned on, Air Fryer makes a rattling noise
Loose part
Parts inside of the Air Fryer can become loose and fall off.
Broken fan
The Air Fryer uses a fan to prevent the heating coil from overheating. If the fan breaks, a rattling sound may be heard from inside the Air Fryer. You may need to replace the fan.
Unable to Open or Close Air Fryer
When handle is pulled/pushed, the Air Fryer tray does not move
Broken latch button
The Air Fryer’s pan comes equipped with a latch button on the grip to allow the user to open and close the Air Fryer. For instructions to replace the latch button, check out our replacement guide.
Air Fryer Clock is Incorrect
When clock is on, it displays an incorrect time or parts of the numbers are not displayed
Out of date drivers
The Air Fryer can connect to Wi-Fi. Using your phone through the Phillips app, HomeID, you can update the Air Fryer. Keep the Air Fryer plugged in and wait for the update to be completed.
Broken clock
If the clock is displaying the incorrect numbers, or some of the LED’s are unresponsive, it is likely that the clock component is broken.
