Do not go underwater

This issue cannot be fixed because the design of the camera itself is the source of the problem. If you take underwater video footage frequently, consider looking into a different camera or case.

Case leaks underwater

While submerged, the case fills up with water.

Check O-Ring

The most likely cause of the case leaking is a faulty o-ring. If there is any visible damage to the ring, such as cracks, replace it. If there is not any apparent damage but the case is still leaking, it is possible that the ring was not manufactured properly and needs to be replaced.

Case fogs up

The case fogs up when shooting, leading to blurry images and video.

Dry inside of case

Before sealing the case, make sure all the moisture is removed. Try using a dry cloth to remove a majority of the water and let it air dry for a few minutes. If this fails to work, there is possibly a leak in the case as specified above.
