Over Heating
When your computer feels an excessive amount of heat.
Blocked Air Vent
Make sure that the table or any items around the laptop are not blocking the vent. The blockage of air vent prevents the laptop from releasing air causing it to overheat.
Accumulated Dust Inside Air Vent
Try cleaning the vent with cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol to remove all of the dust inside. If that does not help, purchase a pressurized air can to directly spray air into the air vent to clear it out.
Not Enough Thermal Paste
If there is not enough Thermal Paste on top of the CPU and your device keeps overheating, you need to add more thermal paste. Follow our guide.
