Upgrading my HDD to SSHD or SSD?

Hey!

I'm about to upgrade my HDD and want some help, I've read some of the threads about this on the forum, but still have some questions.

So basically I want to get a SSD or a SSHD disk to run my OS X 10.9.5 (13F34) on.

So should i/could i get a http://www.seagate.com/gb/en/internal-hard-drives/solid-state-hybrid/desktop-solid-state-hybrid-drive/#features

And replace my HDD with or should i/could i  get a SSD and use it with my old one?

Or just replace my HDD with a SSD drive?

What do you recommend?
