Hello Ryan,

A coupe of things. In my experience I've found mic and speaker issues to be either a software issue or dirt and debris in the mic or speaker ports (the grill in the screen). You should be able to see light through it. Outside of that you have done most everything you can do. Recheck the camera flex connection to the board, one hair can cause a problem
