rwcheatham, As a first step if you can, have the truck scanned for trouble codes, as this could direct you right to the problem. Some of the auto parts suppliers offer free code reading like Pepboys, Nappa, Advanced auto parts, etc and some of the guys are very knowledgeable and may have seen the issue often and put you on the right track.

You can try this just use caution, remove the large throttle body hose and give it a squirt of gas/aerosol starter fluid in the throttle body with the buttery fly open ((be careful while doing this and only a little fuel/aerosol starter fluid)). If it fires and runs a second or 2, this is telling you it is a fuel related issue, clogged gas filter, pinched line, faulty fuel pump(check fuel pressure). There are quite of things that can cause a no start condition Faulty coil pack/ICM/crank sensor/fuel pump, relay, inertia switch if equipped, timing issue, etc.,etc... Find below a couple good links on trouble shooting an engine no start condition. Good luck.

I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
