Why is my picture pixelated white?

Hello, my Canon 70D has recently started to not take pictures. When I take the pictures it just comes out white and pixelated. It is not the ISO or anything with the exposure. When I go into video recording mode the screen is also white with pixelation.

The camera was not dropped nor was it dropped in water. It happened out of no where.
