What OS is installed in the laptop?
What is the message associated with the Blue Screen (if any)
Here is a [https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c03413399|link] that shows how to disable Automatic restart so that you can view the message (if any) associated with the BSOD. (Blue Screen of Death). I realize it says it is for a HP laptop but the setting is the same regardless of the PC maker.
Only uncheck the setting in Step 1 as the rest (Step 2 onwards) is pertinent to HP. This is only so that you have time to view the Blue Screen which hopefully has some helpful information on it.
