Why is entertainment system showing USB as unsupportable?

I have been using a 128gb USB stick for the past year with no problem.  I removed the USB stick to add new tunes.

When I replaced the USB stick, I am seeing a message that the USB is "unsupportable"

Doe anyone have any suggestions?
